Delete your Rallyday account

Rallyday (by Boop Technologies, LLC)

In the app: open Rallyday, then More › Account › Delete account. You're signed out right away.

Without the app: email privacy@joinrallyday.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my Rallyday account". We'll confirm the request with you and delete the account.

Right away: you're signed out everywhere, your name is hidden, your photo is deleted, your teammates stop seeing your past daily totals, and you're taken off your team from the next matchday.

Within 7 days: your account and email address, every step reading your phone sent, your phone's connection and notification settings, your app's sync history, your list of blocked people and your agreement record are deleted. It waits until the days you played are final, so if a day's result is held for checking, it can take longer.

What stays: the published results of days you already played stay as they are, so other people's standings don't change. That includes your counted daily totals in those results, tied to your team and season but not to your name or email. Reports you made, or that were made about you, stay with the season's records without your name. We keep a record that the account was deleted, with no name, email or steps. Your company's administrator sees that you left the season.

Backups: copies in our backups are gone within 7 days of the deletion.
