Privacy Policy
Effective July 24, 2026
Who we are
Rallyday runs 30-day company-wide team seasons powered by everyday movement. This policy describes what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the reserve form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, expected number of participants, and any note you include. We use an email-delivery service, Resend, to relay that submission to us.
We also receive basic technical information automatically when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or link that referred you.
Analytics and session recording
We use two analytics services on this site, and they do different things.
Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate traffic counts — how many people visited, which pages they viewed, and where they came from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
PostHog helps us understand how the page itself is working: which sections people read, what they click, and where they get stuck. It sets first-party cookies to recognize your browser on a later visit, and it records a replay of your visit — the pages you saw, along with your clicks, scrolling, and cursor movement. Text you type into form fields is masked inside your browser before the recording is uploaded, so we can see that you filled in a field but not what you wrote. PostHog Inc. processes this information on our behalf, on servers in the United States.
If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, PostHog does not record your visit. Privacy extensions and content blockers also prevent both services from loading, and the site works normally without either of them.
Cookies
PostHog sets a small number of first-party cookies to recognize a returning browser and to group activity into a single session. Cloudflare, which serves and protects this site, may also set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot detection.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not allow third parties to set cross-site tracking cookies here. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, plan a season with you, and operate our business. We use analytics and recordings only to improve this website — to find the places where it is confusing or broken.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that help us run this site — the email-delivery and analytics services named above — who may process it only on our behalf and on our instructions.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records. Session recordings are kept for 30 days and are then deleted automatically. Aggregate analytics data, such as visit and page-view counts, is kept longer so that we can compare periods over time.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will be noted here.
